About Me


Hey there, I am Karamjeet Kaur, a passionate Indian foodie, searching for better
options for promoting healthy lifestyle through food in the price of “as cheap as chips”
for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes.


About The Blog


This blog is all about the food that will make you happy and that you can cherish for
years, featuring the recipes of my country as well as from all around the world. The
posts will include the yummy recipes of breakfast,lunch,dinner and some snacks also to
indulge on. All the recipes posted in this space are posted with keeping the view of
maintaining the health in mind. The recipes are explained in simple manner and with
pics too (except a few very easy ones).


My Idea To Start A Blog


Well being Indian I love food and with this never-ending love, it has always been difficult
to choose healthy options and to find recipes that are tasty. This struggle lead me to
explore multiple options in food,meanwhile I observed many people face the same issues.
Finally, I decided on contributing my share of knowledge to others.


In The Blog You’ll See


I don’t want to flood the site with multiple posts that make the reader bored and confused.
In fact, my plan is to post what I’ve found useful in getting nutrition in a easy healthy
cooked meal, whether it’s little tricks that I’ve used, lessons i’ve learned or best possible
substitutes of ingredients that you may use in order to select according to your palate
preferences. I will also be posting my thoughts on prevailing diets, and help to you get
involved in your desired choices.
